Selena is our Office Manager a qualified paralegal and a graduate of Bell College, with over 30 years of experience working within the legal profession. She is responsible for the efficient daily management of the office and plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the firm. Well known and highly respected by both clients and solicitors, Selena is often the first point of contact for those seeking our services. Her calm, discreet, and professional manner immediately puts clients at ease. Gillian is our Private Client Manager and brings over a decade of experience in criminal defence work. Known for her compassion, strong work ethic, and sharp organisational skills, Gillian provides essential support to both clients and solicitors alike. Tom Ferguson is our Trainee Solicitor, a graduate from the University of Dundee Tom has been a great addition to the firm. Known for his calm approachable manner and his compassionate and persuasive advocacy. Tom appears regularly in the Justice of the Peace Courts, Sheriff Courts as well as instructing Counsel in the High Court, ensuring his clients receive robust and comprehensive representation at every level of the justice system.
Gregor Jarrott is a consultant solicitor with the firm, having previously trained at Charles Ferguson Solicitors. He is a well established and trusted criminal defence solicitor, known for his strong advocacy, preparation and unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients. He brings extensive experience across a wide range of criminal matters with particular interest in road traffic offences when assisting our clients.
James is one of our office assistants and law student at the University of Strathclyde. He supports the firm’s day-to-day operations and assists with client matters, gaining valuable hands-on experience alongside his studies. Known for his organisational skills, James plays an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Molly is one of our office assistants, out with work she is also a student at Strathclyde University, she is undertaking her 4th year of the LLB Honours Scots Law degree. Molly assists in the firms smooth operation through aiding in organisational and client matters. Her attentiveness and proactive approach to every-day tasks allows her to work well within the team.
Alyssa is one of our office assistants and university law student at Edinburgh.
